IRCTC अपनी हेलियात्रा वेबसाइट पर बुकिंग से जुड़ा कुछ न कुछ नया अपडेट देता रहता है. जिसकी वजह से बहुत सड़े लोगो को मालूम ही नहीं चल पाता है कि उनकी बुकिंग कब खुलेगी. IRCTC कभी 2 दिन की बुकिंग ओपन करता है. कभी पाच दिन की कर देता है. और कभी ARP Booking सर्विस का इस्तेमाल करके 7 दिन पहले की या 6 पहले की बुकिंग ओपन कर देता है. जो लोग मेरी तरह हर टाइम IRCTC की हेली बुकिंग की वेबसाइट खोलकर बेठे रहते है. उन्हें तो अपडेट मिलता रहता है. और वो लोग बुकिंग कर लेते है. लेकिन जो लोग IRCTC की हेली यात्रा वाली वेबसाइट ओपन करके नहीं देखते. वो टिकेट बुक नहीं कर पाते.

IRCTC Heli Yatra पर एक अपडेट आया था. जिसमे बताया गया था कि बुकिंग रोज खलेगी. और यात्रा तारीख से 6 दिन पहले की. लोगो ने अपडेट देखा और अपनी डेट लिख ली. फिर अचानक ही 11 May की शाम को IRCTC Heli Yatra की वेबसाइट पर नया अपडेट आ गया. जिसमे बताया गया की 18 May to 27 May की बुकिंग ओपन होने वाली है 12 may को 12 बजे. यानी पुरे 10 दिन की बुकिंग ओपन होने वाली थी. जिन लोगो ने इस अपडेट को देखा. वो टिकट बुक कर पाए. और जो लोग अपडेट नहीं देख सके उनका टिकट बुक नहीं हो पाया.
